Shipping policy

Orders will be handled and finalized between 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, upon receipt of your order confirmation email. A notification will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Estimates for Domestic Deliveries:

For shipping within Singapore: We provide a $5 flat rate for shipping to Singapore.

For international shipping : The shipping costs for your order will be computed and presented during the checkout process.

You can return unused items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery, and we will issue a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at enquiry@lookthatpeople.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations on a case by case basis.
